Access the Simulation Page
Navigate to the AI Practice page using the navigation menu at the top, or go directly to training.rightawayhome.com/simulation.html

Choose Your Scenario
You'll see 14 different scenario cards to choose from. Each represents a different type of customer call (emergency repairs, sales calls, upset customers, etc.). Click on any scenario card - it will highlight to show it's selected.

One-Click Launch
Simply click on a scenario card once - that's it! The system will immediately prepare your call. No need to click a separate "Start Call" button anymore.

Allow Microphone Access
Your browser will ask permission to use your microphone. Click "Allow" - this is required for the voice conversation to work.

The Incoming Call Screen
You'll see a full-screen "Incoming Call" display showing the company name (Right Away Home Services) with a pulsing animation. This simulates receiving a real customer call. Click the green "Answer Call" button when you're ready.

The AI Speaks First
After you answer, the AI customer will start speaking. You'll hear their voice through your speakers/headphones. Listen carefully to what they say - they'll describe their problem or situation based on the scenario you chose.
🎧 Important: Your microphone is automatically muted while the AI is speaking to prevent audio feedback. You don't need to do anything - just listen.

Your Turn to Speak
When the AI finishes speaking, your microphone automatically unmutes. Start speaking naturally - you don't need to click any buttons. The system captures everything you say and sends it to the AI.

Follow the Live Transcript
